India Declared ODI Squad For The First 3 Matches | England tour of India, 2008

India Declared ODI Squad for the first three ODIs of the seven-match series against England which begins on November 14 in Rajkot.Yusuf Pathan makes his return to the ODI squad as Praveen Kumar, Parthiv Patel and Irfan Pathan are the absentees from the team that played in the last ODI series against Sri Lanka.

Tamil Nadu opener Murali Vijay, who was surprisingly called up for the fourth and final Test to replace the banned Gautam Gambhir, was also included in the ODI side following his exploits in the Challenger Series. His state-mate S Badrinath, who was a part of the squad that toured Sri Lanka for a series win, however, was ignored.

The other changes to the previous squad are Virender Sehwag, who missed the ODIs in Sri Lanka because of an ankle injury, and Ishant Sharma, who was rested from the series in Sri Lanka.

Team: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (captain), Yuvraj Singh, Virender Sehwag, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, Gautam Gambhir, M Vijay, Ishant Sharma, Munaf Patel, Harbhajan Singh, Pragyan Ojha, Zaheer Khan, RP Singh and Yusuf Pathan
